Pumpkins aren’t just for carving! The headless horsemen returns to the woods of New England…in a more appetizing form.

Photos taken at this year’s Pumpkin Festival in Keene, New Hampshire. This hardy New England town holds an annual celebration of the carvable orange gourd, and two years ago set the world record for the most lit jack-’o-lanterns in one place: 28,592.
