			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m admittedly a little late posting this at the <i>end</i> of our vacation week in Florida, since it mostly deals with the travel day last Saturday and the subsequent Sunday fireworks display. But, like all good wine, a little aging doesn&#8217;t hurt anything and in fact, makes things a little sweeter.</p>
<p>I intended to post something daily and do have several interesting posts piled up from my week-plus visit here to see my parents and siblings. But as vacations are wont to do, all time was consumed in significantly more important activities such as eating, sleeping, then eating again with an occasional sightseeing trip or critical expedition to get more food. The boys took in half a dozen movies and I spent a private day with my brother involving some serious eating (soft-shell crab at Phillipi&#8217;s Caf</p>
